We concluded the final session of Freshman Connection yesterday 🎉. The goal of Freshman Connection is to help students adjust to college and make the most of their time at NSU.
I am very appreciative of everyone’s dedication to superior customer service. This type of commitment makes me proud to be a part of this university. We always prioritize delivering a first-class student and family experience regardless of the challenges. Thank you for setting the bar high and leading by example. Keep up the great work!
The emphasis on class registration remains mission critical. NSU will host “Registration Days” on July 12, July 20, and July 28 in the Friedman Student Union. A bulk direct mail piece and an email marketing message hit the mailboxes this week, encouraging non-registered students to attend this personalized event.
NSU Registration Days are designed to assist all students with registering for classes, whether an incoming freshman, an existing NSU student, a graduate student, or a transfer student from another university.
Admissions counselors, financial aid officers, registrar professionals, academic deans and advisors, and faculty will be on-site to assist and answer any questions about Fall 2022 enrollment. We will guide students through the class registration process and provide 1:1 support that empowers learning success.
This exemplifies our value proposition of superior customer service once again. I believe our first-rate customer service model and experiential learning opportunities set us apart from competing institutions.
Have a great weekend and, as always, Fork `Em Demons 🤘
