Next week, from July 12th-13th, marks the final session of Freshman Connection. I’m excited to welcome eager students and their families to Northwestern State University as they begin their collegiate journey.

I want to express my gratitude to The Office of First Year Experience, The Office of Recruiting, The Offices of Admissions and Financial Aid, and the multitude of faculty and staff who contribute to making Freshman Connection a memorable experience for visiting students and families.

In conjunction with Freshman Connection this summer, NSU is proud to offer “Registration Days” on July 19th, July 25th, and July 27th. Students, as you prepare for your Fall 2023 semester, don’t miss this opportunity to receive personalized support from our advisors and other staff members. NSU Registration Days are designed to make the class registration process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Admissions counselors, financial aid officers, registrar professionals, academic deans and advisors, and faculty will be on-site to assist and answer any questions you may have about your Fall 2023 enrollment. We will guide you through the class registration process and provide individualized support that empowers you for learning success.
