The deadline for advertisements will be October 15th, 2025.
Prices for program advertisement and sizes are as follows:
$50 for a quarter size, $75 for a half size, and $150 for a full size on 8.5 by 11 paper. Those designs will appear in black and white.
A prime spot on the back cover will appear in color, which is $500.

- Participant plaque: $30.00
- First division trophy–$50.00
- Best in class trophy- $50.00
- Top three in class trophy – $75.00
- Top 5 overall trophy – $150.00 each
Our newly formed “Scotty Dawson Spirit Award” & Ken Green “Excellence in Percussion Award” will both sell for $100 dollars.
