CLASS OF 1975

Join us on May 14-15, 2025, for our Golden Jubilee! This year’s event celebrates the NSU class of 1975.

Tickets to Golden Jubilee are $80 per graduate and $65 for additional guest(s) which includes entry to the 50+ Luncheon.

Tickets to the 50+ Luncheon are $30 and is open to alumni who graduated 50+ years ago.

Wednesday, May 14

5:00 p.m. – Welcome 50-Year Graduates for Your Campus Tour

(Optional) and must RSVP ahead of time

Check-in for the campus tour at the Lucile Hendricks Room on the first floor of the Sylvan Friedman Student Union. Tour Guests must RSVP ahead of time to reserve your seat. Please RSVP by either checking the box on your registration form or by clicking RSVP link below. Parking is available behind the Student Union and in front of Keyser Hall.

5:15-5:45 p.m. – Campus Tour with NSU Recruiting Team (pre-reservations only)

5:45 p.m. – Welcome 50-Year Graduates!

Check-in opens for the Golden Jubilee Reunion in the Lucile Hendricks Room in the Sylvan Friedman Student Union (first floor). Parking is available behind the Student Union and in front of Keyser Hall.

6:00-8:00 p.m. – Golden Jubilee Cocktail Reception

Doors open at the Lucile Hendricks Room. Casual/business dress. Heavy hors d’oeuvre, cocktails, & beverages will be served. Enjoy dancing and visiting with classmates from the Class of 1975 with a welcome from President James Genovese.

Thursday, May 15

8:00-8:45 a.m. – Breakfast & Mimosa Mingle

Breakfast & Beverages will be served in the President’s Room of the Sylvan Friedman Student Union on the second floor (main floor). Casual Dress. Parking will be available behind the student union or in front of Keyser Hall.

8:45-9:15 a.m. – Get Ready for Graduation for the Class of 1975   

We will help distribute your cap & gown in room 221 of the Student Union

 9:15- 9:30 a.m. – Transportation to Prather Coliseum Commencement Ceremony

It is especially important that our graduates load the “Graduate Bus” and that your guest load the “Guest Bus,” and we will help escort you. Graduates will sit on the coliseum floor with the class of 2025 and guests will be escorted to a reserved section. After graduation, please be sure to get back on the same bus.

9:30-9:45 a.m. – Class of 1975 picture in Prather Coliseum

10:00-11:30 a.m. – Recognition of the Class of 1975 at Commencement

 11:45-noon – Transportation to the Student Union

After Graduation, please be sure to get on the same bus to be escorted back to the Student Union.

Noon – Class of 1975 and 50+ Graduates Luncheon

Our luncheon honoring the Class of 1975 and the 50+ Graduates will be in the Sylvan Friedman Student Union Ball Room. We will honor the Class of 1975 and distinguish graduates, including an address from our President, door prizes, and a test of your memory of your days at NSU.
